We strive to offer a pick-up/delivery service that promises to be convenient, accessible and timely.
FREE delivery: For all orders over $40.
Delivery fee of $15 for orders under $40. This fee covers both drop off and pick up. No minimum order limit for first delivery.
Delivery hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30pm ~ 10:30pm
While we will endeavour to deliver as planned, we reserve the right to change or delay delivery if circumstances render it impossible to make the delivery as scheduled safely (For example: Extreme Weather / unanticipated traffic incidents). We will let you know as soon as possible should these incidents occur.
Laundry Club reserves the right to refuse service of a specific order or customer, at the discretion of management.
Laundry Club has the right to charge a no show fee of $30, if we attempted to pick up or drop off an order and the customer was not available for pick-up without warning.
If you are not happy with our job, let us know by logging into our Website. We will respond within 24 hours, and re-do the job for you at no extra cost.
Although most garments and household items can be cleaned in a manner
satisfactory to the customer, there may be a potential risk in cleaning certain items.
When such a situation arises, Laundry Club will contact or return the item to you. You may choose to re-submit the item for cleaning, which we will undertake based on verbal or written permission from you, acknowledging the risk of potential damage. We will not be responsible for any damage that may ensue, although we will take every precaution to prevent any such damages.
LaundryClub is not liable for tears or damages that may result from defects or inherent weaknesses in the material that were not apparent during the time of processing.
Laundry Club does not guarantee against loss of colour, colour bleeding or shrinkage.
We ask that all claims/complaints be brought to the notice of Laundry Club within 48 hours of the relevant item being returned to you.
If you notice an item gone missing, please let us know as soon as possible. If we have lost your item, we will fully compensate you (to the maximum value of $250), regardless of the condition of the item.
Prices quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are subject to
change without prior notice.
All payments must be settled in full upon collection of garments, unless directed otherwise. Laundry Club reserves the right to retain the items until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.
In the event an order submitted online is incorrect, Laundry Club reserves the right to debit the appropriate amount on the customer's credit card to settle the difference. A processing fee of $2 will be levied for an incorrect online order.
In a situation where you have been overcharged or a refund is due to you, we will provide full refunds.
Kindly ensure that all of your garments are checked thoroughly for money, jewellery and other valuables prior to you handing them over to us. If we find them, Laundry Club will make every effort to return such valuables, but will not be held liable for the loss of any such items.
Laundry Club is not responsible for bags or hangers or any other items provided with the garments. Garments will be returned in standard hangers and bags. If you wish to keep suit bags, doona bags, expensive hangers etc. please do not send them with your garments.
All prices quoted generally apply. However, garments which are larger or thicker than normal or heavily stained will incur an additional charge.
Duvets/Doonas which are goose or feather down may incur an additional charge.
